This painting is a window scene. The white border app. 3" represents the purity of God. The window is bordered by stained glass, several which have Christian Symbols. On the window sill is a small wooden Cross, with C.A. on the base to symbolize Carl Andrews at the foot of the Cross, a Servant of Christ. Outside are grass and trees, which symbolize life and God's Creation. The aircraft is a Curtis Jenny of the 1917 era. The Jenny was a common site in San Antonio, which continued to become a major hub of military aviation. Lower panels have the Alamo and a Longhorn to represent San Antonio. The three birds, hard to see in a photo, represent the Trinity.
